Complete Your Build

The Silver Royal Oak 41mm is the largest integrated-design case in the Nomods lineup — bold wrist presence without the price tag of a full build. CNC-machined from 316L stainless steel with an octagonal bezel, polished rehaut, and brushed mid-case, this case captures the finishing language of luxury integrated-bracelet sports watches. The 41 mm diameter sits confidently on wrists 17 cm and above. Sapphire crystal in your choice of Blue AR, Clear AR, or No AR coating, screw-down crown, and 100 m water resistance when assembled correctly. Compatible with NH35, NH38, NH70, NH71, and NH72 movements. Includes a spacer ring for 30.8 mm dials.

Compatibility

Movements: NH35, NH38, NH70, NH71, NH72 — all drop in without modification. This covers standard three-hand, skeleton, and GMT configurations from the Seiko NH family.

Dials: 30.8 mm dials fit with the included spacer ring. 31.8 mm dials fit directly without the spacer. Most Royal Oak style dials in the Nomods catalog are 30.8 mm and designed for this case.

Hands: We recommend a longer handset for the 41 mm dial opening — standard-length hands designed for smaller cases may look undersized. Check the recommended parts for this case for tested hand options.

Straps: 22 mm lug width. Compatible with Royal Oak 41mm rubber straps and any standard 22 mm strap or NATO.

What’s Included

  • Stainless steel bracelet
  • Case body (316L stainless steel, brushed silver finish)
  • Sapphire crystal (pre-installed, variant-dependent AR coating)
  • Spacer ring (for 30.8 mm dials)
  • Screw-down crown
  • Caseback gasket and crystal gasket
  • Spring bars

Movement, dial, hands, strap, and tools are not included.

Why We Chose This Case

The Royal Oak 41mm is the most popular integrated-style case in the Seiko modding community for good reason. The octagonal bezel geometry is sharp and precise, with alternating brushed and polished surfaces that create real depth under changing light. The polished rehaut adds a ring of brightness between the dial and bezel that most aftermarket cases at this price skip entirely. We tested dimensional accuracy across production batches and confirmed that crown alignment, crystal seating, and gasket fit are consistent. This is an affordable entry into a 41 mm Royal Oak build with sapphire crystal and 100 m water resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What movements fit the Royal Oak 41mm case?

The NH35, NH38, NH70, NH71, and NH72 all fit without modification. These cover standard automatic, skeleton, and open-heart configurations. The case is designed around the Seiko NH movement family dimensions.

What dial size fits this case?

30.8 mm dials fit with the included spacer ring. 31.8 mm dials fit directly without the spacer. Most Nomods Royal Oak dials are 30.8 mm and are designed to pair with this case.

Is this case waterproof?

The case is rated to 100 m water resistance when assembled correctly with all gaskets properly seated and the screw-down crown fully engaged. If you plan to submerge the watch, we recommend having a watchmaker pressure-test the completed build.

What handset should I use with the 41mm case?

We recommend longer hands designed for larger dials. Standard-length hands built for 28.5 mm dials will look undersized against the 41 mm dial opening. The Royal Oak hands in the Nomods catalog are sized for this case.

A complete watch is fully assembled, regulated, and ready to wear. Parts are individual components — cases, dials, hands, movements — sold to builders who want to assemble their own watch. If you're new to modding, start with a case kit or a complete build.
