The 37 mm Petrichor Case draws inspiration from the best of 1970s horology. Designed around classic proportions and everyday wearability, it maintains a distinctive retro-industrial character. A domed sapphire crystal and a quick-adjustment bracelet complete the case, balancing form and function in equal measure.

White dial on brushed silver steel — the most classically elegant Petrichor. The clean white surface creates maximum contrast for time-telling, with dark hands and indexes standing out sharply under the domed sapphire crystal. Same 37 mm integrated-bracelet platform, powered by the NH35 automatic movement. A refined, everyday watch that pairs as easily with a suit as with a t-shirt.

The white dial is the Petrichor at its most restrained. No color play, no exposed mechanics — just a bright, open dial that maximizes legibility and lets the Petrichor’s case architecture take center stage. The domed sapphire crystal catches light across the white surface in a way that flat crystals cannot, creating a subtle gradient from the edges to the center of the dial. Against the brushed steel case and integrated bracelet, the white dial produces the brightest overall appearance in the Petrichor lineup. Where the Petrichor Black absorbs light and reads as dense, the white version reflects it and reads as open. Both are designed as versatile daily wearers, just at opposite ends of the dial spectrum.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the NH35 and NH72 Petrichor?

The NH72 versions feature a skeleton movement with an open-worked dial, showing the gears and bridges inside. This NH35 version uses a solid white dial that conceals the movement for a cleaner, more traditional look. The case, integrated bracelet, domed sapphire crystal, and 100 m water resistance are identical.

Will the white dial discolor or yellow over time?

No. The dial is sealed behind a sapphire crystal that blocks UV light, preventing discoloration. Modern dial coatings are UV-stable and will not yellow with age. Sapphire crystal also resists scratches far better than mineral glass, keeping the view clear.

How does the 37mm size compare to larger watches?

The 37 mm Petrichor wears closer to a vintage dress watch than a modern sports watch. It sits flat against the wrist thanks to the integrated bracelet and low-profile case. On wrists 16 cm (6.3 inches) and above, it reads as refined and proportional. If you prefer a larger, sportier presence, the Royal Oak 41mm collection may suit you better.
