<p>Dark gunmetal gray case and bracelet, skeleton dial, NH72 automatic movement — the Royal Oak 37mm Gunmetal is the stealthiest build in the 37mm range. The DLC-style gunmetal coating gives the 316L stainless steel case a matte industrial finish that absorbs light instead of reflecting it. At 37 mm with 11.2 mm thickness, this is a compact, low-profile skeleton watch that doesn’t shout for attention. Sapphire crystal front, mineral exhibition caseback, 100 m water resistance. Fully assembled.</p><h2>Specifications</h2><table><thead><tr><th>Specification</th><th>Value</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Movement</td><td>Seiko NH72 (skeleton, automatic)</td></tr><tr><td>Power Reserve</td><td>Approx. 41 hours</td></tr><tr><td>Case Material</td><td>316L Stainless Steel, gunmetal DLC coating</td></tr><tr><td>Case Finish</td><td>Matte gunmetal gray</td></tr><tr><td>Dial Accents</td><td>Silver-tone hands and indexes</td></tr><tr><td>Diameter</td><td>37 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Thickness</td><td>11.2 mm</td></tr><tr><td>Front Crystal</td><td>Sapphire</td></tr><tr><td>Caseback Crystal</td><td>Mineral (exhibition)</td></tr><tr><td>Water Resistance</td><td>100 m</td></tr><tr><td>Lume</td><td>C3 Super-LumiNova</td></tr><tr><td>Bracelet</td><td>316L Stainless Steel, gunmetal coated, integrated Royal Oak style</td></tr></tbody></table><h2>Compatibility</h2><p>This is a fully assembled watch. The coating is applied over 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance underneath the matte surface. The silver-tone hands and indexes create a deliberate contrast against the dark case — enough to maintain legibility in low light without breaking the monochrome palette. This is the Royal Oak 37mm for people who wear dark clothes and prefer watches that blend in rather than stand out.</p><h2>Frequently Asked Questions</h2><div itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/FAQPage"><div itemscope itemprop="mainEntity" itemtype="https://schema.org/Question"><h3 itemprop="name">Will the gunmetal coating scratch or wear off?</h3><div itemscope itemprop="acceptedAnswer" itemtype="https://schema.org/Answer"><p itemprop="text">The gunmetal coating is durable for daily wear. <p>The Royal Oak 37mm Silver puts the NH72 skeleton movement on display inside a compact 37 mm case — 4 mm smaller than the 41mm version, designed for wrists under 17 cm or anyone who prefers a tighter, vintage-sized fit. CNC-machined from 316L stainless steel with brushed flat surfaces and polished bevels on the octagonal bezel, this build pairs with a matching integrated steel bracelet. Sapphire crystal front, mineral caseback for movement viewing, 100 m water resistance. Most Seiko mods run 39–42 mm, leaving fans of classic watch sizing with fewer options. We developed this case at 37 mm with an 11.2 mm thickness that sits flat rather than towering off the wrist. The octagonal bezel uses alternating brushed and polished surfaces — the same finishing language as the watch it references, just adapted for the compact proportions. The integrated bracelet has a double-push butterfly clasp and removable links, so no bracelet sizing tools are needed.</p><h2>Frequently Asked Questions</h2><div itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/FAQPage"><div itemscope itemprop="mainEntity" itemtype="https://schema.org/Question"><h3 itemprop="name">How does the 37mm compare to the 41mm Royal Oak?</h3><div itemscope itemprop="acceptedAnswer" itemtype="https://schema.org/Answer"><p itemprop="text">The 37mm wears noticeably smaller — better for wrists under 17 cm or if you prefer a vintage-sized watch. <p>Full gold-tone Royal Oak at 37 mm — the NH72 skeleton movement’s golden bridges align with the PVD gold case and bracelet for a unified warm metallic look from bezel to clasp. The compact 37 mm diameter and 11.2 mm thickness sit close to the wrist, making this the smallest full-gold skeleton build in the Nomods lineup. 316L stainless steel underneath the PVD coating, sapphire crystal front, mineral exhibition caseback, 100 m water resistance. Most gold skeleton watches have a visible color gap between case and movement, where the case reads bright yellow-gold and the bridges read warm champagne. This build eliminates that mismatch. The gold PVD is applied via Physical Vapor Deposition for durability that outlasts standard plating.</p><h2>Frequently Asked Questions</h2><div itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/FAQPage"><div itemscope itemprop="mainEntity" itemtype="https://schema.org/Question"><h3 itemprop="name">Is the gold finish real gold?</h3><div itemscope itemprop="acceptedAnswer" itemtype="https://schema.org/Answer"><p itemprop="text">No. The case and bracelet are 316L stainless steel with a PVD gold coating. <p>Rose gold case, matching integrated bracelet, and a fully skeletonized NH72 dial — the Royal Oak 37mm Rose Gold is the warmest colorway in the 37mm range. The PVD rosegold coating gives the 316L stainless steel case a refined, slightly pink-gold tone that pairs naturally with the NH72 movement’s golden bridges visible through the open dial. At 37 mm diameter and 11.2 mm thick, this is built for anyone who prefers a compact Royal Oak proportion. Sapphire crystal, mineral caseback, 100 m water resistance.
