Shipping Policy

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either refund you the total amount of your order using the original payment method or place the item on backorder and ship it once it becomes available.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to domestic addresses [insert specific regions/countries if needed]. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you live outside our shipping regions, please contact us for assistance with your order.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Shipping to Norway: For Domestic shipping within Norway, we ship with Posten Bring AS with estimated delivery within 2-5 days
  • International shipping: This may vary from country to country. Shipping from our warehouses in Norway the estimated delivery is 7-14 days.
  • Shipping from our factories: If shipping is both faster and cheaper, and it is not compromising quality of product we may ship directly from our factories.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If you experience a delay in receiving your package, please contact our customer service team at Contact@nomods.no. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. International Shipping
For orders outside Norway, international shipping rates and delivery times will vary. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

We reserve the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
