At Nomods, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds Timeframe:

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are only eligible for refunds at the sale price.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at ASbarretten@gmailcom with your order number and reason for the refund request. 

Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
