Royal Oak Seiko Mod – Gunmetal / Silver

Custom Seiko Skeleton Watch with NH72 Movement

This custom Seiko mod features a brushed gunmetal stainless steel case paired with silver markers and hands — a sleek, slightly softer alternative to PVD black. Designed for enthusiasts of high-end Seiko modding, it takes clear inspiration from the iconic Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.

Premium Movement: Seiko NH72 Skeleton

Powered by the Seiko NH72 skeleton movement, this build offers an open-heart display and solid mechanical reliability. It’s a true Seiko skeleton mod crafted with collector-grade components.

This Royal Oak mod blends Japanese precision with luxury-inspired design. Whether you're after a stealthy all black Seiko mod or a standout custom Seiko watch mod, this gunmetal version delivers clean, modern aesthetics with full compatibility across popular Seiko mod cases.

Disclaimer: This is a custom-built watch assembled by us using genuine TMI (Time Module Inc.) movements, a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc., part of Seiko Group Corporation.
This product is not an official Seiko watch and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Seiko Group Corporation or its subsidiaries.

Each Seikoak is carefully assembled by hand in Norway and ships directly from our Norwegian workshop. Fast shipping, local craftsmanship, and a collector-grade finish make this an ideal choice for serious modders and Royal Oak fans alike.

If you are having a hard time removing the screws from the bracelet, take the case and bracelet under some warm soapy water and wiggle each link back and forth. This will clean out residue from production which makes the screws easier to remove and improve the bracelet quality over all

AR coating stands for Anti reflective coating and reduces the reflection in the crystal enhancing visibility. Blue AR has a slightly tinted reflection while Clear AR has not.

No it does not! Our 37mm Royal Oak Seiko Modding case arrives as one complete case, and is ready to house a movement straight from the box.

In order to make this Seiko Mod Case as thin as possible, there is limited room in the back of the case. Therefore some custom NH35 rotors do not fit. Pay close attention to the respective rotor. Does it exceed the height of the middle screw? If yes then it may be too thick for this case.

We recommend a 28.5/29mm dial for our 37mm Royal Oak Case. The typical 31.8mm mod dials that many Royal Oak Mod Cases use are too big.
