If you are having a hard time removing the screws from the bracelet, take the case and bracelet under some warm soapy water and wiggle each link back and forth. This will clean out residue from production which makes the screws easier to remove and improve the bracelet quality over all

AR coating stands for Anti reflective coating and reduces the reflection in the crystal enhancing visibility. Blue AR has a slightly tinted reflection while Clear AR has not.

No it does not! Our 37mm Royal Oak Seiko Modding case arrives as one complete case, and is ready to house a movement straight from the box.

In order to make this Seiko Mod Case as thin as possible, there is limited room in the back of the case. Therefore some custom NH35 rotors do not fit. Pay close attention to the respective rotor. Does it exceed the height of the middle screw? If yes then it may be too thick for this case.

We recommend a 28.5/29mm dial for our 37mm Royal Oak Case. The typical 31.8mm mod dials that many Royal Oak Mod Cases use are too big.

What Inspires This Case

The Gold Royal Oak 37mm Seiko Modding Case was designed to capture a different side of the Seikoak concept — not stealthy or understated, but bold and expressive. We wanted to see how the classic Seiko Royal Oak form would behave when paired with a bright metallic tone. The result is a case that feels closer to jewelry than tool watch, yet still retains the sharp transitions and integrated geometry that define the Seikoak silhouette.

The brushed surfaces keep the tone from becoming too glossy, while the polished bevels reflect light in thin, deliberate lines — something we spent a lot of time refining to make sure the reflections flow consistently around the case. The matching gold caseback was added later in development, after testing how different finishes interacted with open-heart NH72 builds. Together they give this Seiko Modding case a uniform warmth that makes skeleton movements stand out more clearly against the dial.

Why 37mm Is Perfectly Proportioned

We stayed with the 37mm format because it continues to be the most balanced size for 28.5mm Seiko dials. Anything larger pushes the dial too far inward and breaks the proportion that gives the Seikoak Mod its signature wrist presence. At 37mm, the rehaut spacing looks correct, the dial feels framed rather than floating, and the overall stance remains faithful to the compact Royal Oak profile that inspired the build in the first place.

This size also keeps the Seiko mod parts working exactly as intended — proper hand clearance, correct stem height, and even gasket compression for 100-meter water resistance. It’s a platform that lets Seiko modders explore brighter, more luxurious tones without compromising fit or technical integrity. The result is a Seiko Royal Oak mod that feels confident, precise, and unapologetically bold.
