Royal Oak 37mm Skeleton – Silver

Regular price$320.00
/

The Royal Oak 37 mm NH72 Skeleton is built around a fascination with mechanics and proportion. The open-worked NH72 movement is left fully exposed, allowing the structure and motion to speak for themselves. A sapphire crystal with a flat exterior and domed underside draws light into the movement while keeping the watch slim and well balanced on the wrist. Carefully assembled and refined with intention, it’s a skeleton Seiko mod focused on clarity, restraint, and respect for the craft.

Complete Your Build

The Royal Oak 37mm Silver puts the NH72 skeleton movement on display inside a compact 37 mm case — 4 mm smaller than the 41mm version, designed for wrists under 17 cm or anyone who prefers a tighter, vintage-sized fit. CNC-machined from 316L stainless steel with brushed flat surfaces and polished bevels on the octagonal bezel, this build pairs with a matching integrated steel bracelet. Sapphire crystal front, mineral caseback for movement viewing, 100 m water resistance. Fully assembled, ready to wear.

Designed by Nomods

The 37mm Royal Oak line is our answer to the oversized trend. Most Seiko mods run 39–42 mm, leaving fans of classic watch sizing with fewer options. We developed this case at 37 mm with an 11.2 mm thickness that sits flat rather than towering off the wrist. The octagonal bezel uses alternating brushed and polished surfaces — the same finishing language as the watch it references, just adapted for the compact proportions. The integrated bracelet has a double-push butterfly clasp and removable links, so no bracelet sizing tools are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 37mm compare to the 41mm Royal Oak?

The 37mm wears noticeably smaller — better for wrists under 17 cm or if you prefer a vintage-sized watch. The 41mm has more wrist presence and uses a different case construction. Both use the NH72 skeleton movement and sapphire crystal. See the Royal Oak 41mm Silver for comparison.

Can I swap the dial on this watch?

Yes. The case accepts any 28.5 mm dial compatible with NH72 or NH70 movements. Remove the caseback, pull the crown stem, lift the movement, and swap the dial. The Royal Oak V2 skeleton dial is a direct replacement. Read our build guide for step-by-step instructions.

Can I use a regular strap with this watch?

No. The Royal Oak 37mm uses an integrated bracelet that is part of the case design — standard 20 mm or 22 mm straps will not fit. If you want strap versatility, look at the Nautilus collection, which uses standard 20 mm lugs.
