Complete Your Build

The Nomods Nautilus Rosegold adds warm rose gold finishing to the ultra-thin Nautilus platform. The 40 mm 316L stainless steel case and integrated bracelet carry a rose gold PVD coating that gives the watch a warmer, more luxurious presence than the standard steel variants. At 9.95 mm thick, it maintains the slim profile that defines the Nautilus line. Inside, the NH35 automatic movement provides hacking, hand-winding, and a 41-hour power reserve. Sapphire crystal and 50 m water resistance complete the build. Four units available.

Designed by Nomods

Rose gold is one of the most popular finishes in luxury watchmaking, and the Nautilus Rosegold makes that aesthetic accessible at a fraction of the cost. The PVD coating is applied to the same 316L stainless steel case and bracelet used in the standard Nautilus builds, adding warmth without changing the dimensions or wearability. The solid dial coordinates with the rose gold case tone for a cohesive look from bezel to bracelet. Like all solid-dial Nautilus models, this watch shares its platform with the skeleton versions — same 9.95 mm ultra-thin case, same integrated bracelet geometry, same NH35 movement — but presents a more polished, dressy character.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the rose gold real gold or a coating?

The rose gold color is a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating applied to 316L stainless steel. PVD is a durable surface treatment used across the watch industry for color finishes. It is not solid gold. The coating is more scratch-resistant than traditional plating and maintains its color well with normal wear.

Will the rose gold coating wear off over time?

PVD coatings are significantly more durable than traditional gold plating. With normal daily wear, the finish holds up well for years. Repeated contact with abrasive surfaces can cause wear over extended periods, but PVD is the same coating technology used by major watch brands for their gold-tone models.

Can I swap parts without matching the rose gold color?

Yes. The case accepts any 30.8 mm dial and NH-series hands regardless of color. Mixing metal tones — like a silver skeleton dial in a rose gold case — is a popular modding choice. Browse Nautilus parts to see available options.
